Mr Mashooque Ali Jatoi is the founding partner of the Shield Marshal Solicitors. He is a Barrister (unregistered). He was called to the bar as a Barrister of England and Wales. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He is a well-known lawyer. He has a wide range of experience in UK Immigration Law (Personal Immigration and business Immigration), Landlord and tenants, Property and Civil Litigation matters etc. He has a legal standing of many years in the UK and overseas. He has successfully dealt with a large number of cases.
Mr Jatoi is a legal professional who strongly believes in acting in the best interests of his clients by providing the highest level of service to his clients. He is actively engaged in providing advice for Immigration, Civil Litigation and Landlord and tenant matters.

Achievements
Mr Jatoi has been registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a ‘Registered Foreign Lawyer’ since 2019-20 till today. After passing his Bar Transfer Test exams he was called to the Bar. Mr Jatoi acquired a Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree, a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science (BSC) in 2002. He has been studying at BPP Law University London for his Bar Transfer Test Course. He has vast experience in advocacy too. He had successfully defended his cases in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the High Court of Sindh, District Sessions and Civil Courts.
Mr Jatoi has sat in numerous interviews with various TV and News Channels. He is committed to providing his clients with a competent standard of work. He strives for the ‘Access to Justice” to everyone.
